Scope of works
Schaper Concrete and Construction was engaged as a subcontractor to C&R Constructions on the NT Government,s Maningrida Police Complex Stage 1, delivering the civil works package within the remote community of Maningrida over a 12-month program. We self-performed bulk earthworks, concrete supply, formwork and placement, and all road train haulage and freight logistics to site, again mobilising our own resources to operate effectively in a remote and logistically demanding environment. 

The broader project encompassed the construction of a new police station for 14 members, a court and multi-purpose area, 5 cells, an 8-person VOQ, secure vehicle compound, boat shed, fuel tank, and various residential dwellings including duplex buildings and 3 and 4-bedroom houses, along with associated headworks — further demonstrating our capability to deliver complex civil works in support of major government infrastructure projects in remote Northern Territory communities.
